Property Ranker takes your inputs and calculates a score for each property, showing how well it matches your preferences. You do not need to provide every variable to generate a score.
Note: Properties on the market longer receive a lower score, as the best listings tend to go quickly. This ranking system follows that philosophy.
Filters your results by zip code. You won’t see properties outside of these. The neighborhood selection feature is currently focused on West LA, but any LA zip code can be entered manually.
Enter your preferred number of bedrooms and bathrooms. If you select Must Have on the sliders, it will filter out properties that don’t match. Otherwise, all listings are shown but ranked accordingly.
Enter your ideal square footage and set its importance using the slider. The more weight you assign, the greater the ranking penalty for properties that don’t meet your size preference.
Ranking is based on whether a property is above, below, or close to your ideal or max price. For rentals, this is calculated as the monthly cost.
Property listings are usually updated once a day, Monday through Friday, ensuring up-to-date results.
Links to property websites are provided. Usually it points to the right place, but sometimes it is wrong.
Choose your Property Type e.g. Single Family. You can select multiple options. By selecting Must Be it will filter the results.
Set your ideal commute time and the zip code you need to commute to. As this is in Beta not all zipcodes have commute times yet.
